October 6, 2021 – Managing Partner, Rachel Fiset will be hosting and presenting an ethics CLE on October 7th, as part of the 2021 virtual National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Annual Meeting. The conference brings together a diverse and highly-regarded group of attorneys and in-house counsel to discuss major issues facing the legal world today. The ethics CLE panel will include Willenken LLP Managing Partner Paul Loh and two highly-seasoned in-house counsel, Beatriz Jaramillo, Senior Counsel at Humana, and Lexer Quamie Mayers, Assistant General Counsel at Exelon. The panel will present several common scenarios in-house counsel face, from employment issues and the COVID-19 vaccination to conflict issues in internal investigations. The presentation will provide an opportunity to explore the relevant standards of conduct in a fun, collaborative, and non-threatening environment.
